memefive provides an online platform that allows users to:
• Create and edit memes using templates and stickers.
• Apply special visual effects and download your creations.
• Use images from our collection or upload their own.
Some templates and stickers may also be publicly available elsewhere online. We do not claim exclusive ownership of public or open-source materials.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice.
memefive operates on a tiered access system:
• Basic (no login): Use the platform without an account. You receive a limited usage quota for special effects, tracked via a session cookie tied to a hashed IP address.
• Basic+ (login required): Create a free account via Clerk to receive a larger usage quota. Your data (email, name, usage balance) is stored in our database.
• Premium (paid): Purchase a one-time lifetime upgrade via Midtrans to unlock all effects, remove the watermark, remove the donate link, and receive a significantly larger usage quota.
You are fully responsible for any activity or content you produce or share through this site.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Clerk account credentials.
You must use our services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and moral standards.
It is strictly prohibited to create, upload, or share content that includes:
• Pornographic, violent, hateful, or defamatory material.
• Copyright or intellectual property violations.
• Fraud, deception, or misleading information.
If this site is used for immoral, illegal, or harmful activities, we disclaim all responsibility for any consequences resulting from such actions.
Premium plan upgrades and usage top-ups are processed securely via Midtrans.
All purchases are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are final upon successful payment confirmation.
• Refunds are generally not provided, except in cases where a technical error on our side prevented you from receiving the quota or benefits you paid for.
• Usage quota purchased as a top-up is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If you encounter a payment issue, contact us at contact@memefive.fun with your order ID.
We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke premium access if these Terms are violated.
All user-generated creations made through our site will include the memefive watermark by default.
Premium users may opt to remove the watermark and the donate link from their downloads.
The watermark serves as a service identifier, not a claim of ownership over the user's message or meaning.
Templates and stickers may come from public sources or third parties allowing non-commercial use.
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images do not infringe any third-party rights.
Users are fully responsible for all content they create, share, or distribute.
memefive is not responsible for any social, legal, or moral impact resulting from misuse of content by users or third parties.
We disclaim all liability for any actions or outcomes resulting from the misuse of this site for unlawful or immoral purposes.
This site is provided 'as is' without any warranty regarding results, accuracy, or purpose.
By using this site, you grant memefive permission to display or share user creations for promotional, documentation, or platform development purposes — without altering the original meaning or message.
